"Implant is being overloaded. Any movement of implant causes the bone graft not to integrate with your bone. Implant should be buried and left alone for several months till it integrates, then restored after it is soundly in place."

"Good hygiene? If so verneers maybe the way to go, but for optimum protection i would stick with crowns. Of course it wont fill the gap but implants or a bridge or partial denture are some ideas. Hygiene needs to be great though not soso..."

"Large restorations may cause sensitivity since they were potentially deep. Conduction of cold can be transmitted through the material and straight to the nerves of those teeth or u might have exposed roots."
