"Youre not really supposed to "pump and dump". One drink is one to two hours. So, if you have 3 drinks, you sldnt feed til about 4 hours later."

I keep forgetting to take them. I just use hemp string and rock jewelry/stones or beads from broken necklaces and make a loop for my baby to play w/ at the breast.

I believe that it is a fertile time for women when they are post partum. I used to work for an ob/gyn. Call your drs office and ask when you should take a pregnancy test. Congrats on you new addition to the family!
