I am on 112 of T4 and was on 25mcg Cytomel. Was feeling some hypo symptoms and labs show my FT3 has gone down from 470 to 386. I am now taking 37.5 mcg Cytomel. I just started taking it last weekend and I can tell a difference. Not formally diagnosed, but I am pretty certain I have Hashi's and just have to live with the ups and downs. Go for labs again at the end of December. Just had to write because you were on similar doses. Did you ever think about taking Armour or the like? I was thinking that my doses are really high, good to see someone else taking around the same amount. My doctor goes by my symptoms, not so much the numbers. She is great. Have a good weekend!
