ugggg. was SUPER healthy all throughout the day until dinner because I we had a going away party for our exchange student. sooo pissed off. i think i have more than 1000 ...
so for breakfast I had lots of fruit (blueberries, strawberries, banana) with a bit of plain yoghurt.
Lunch I had a delish salad with TOFU
WENT SAILINGGGG. worked...
Tried to eat as much fruit as I could instead of **** food and it pretty much worked.... but i seem to have overdosed on a couple vitamins.. by accident... idk what happen...
