My downfall in the past has been consistancy, I'll miss a couple of days in a row and it is really hard to get back into it.
Even if it is a quick walk around the block, I think you just have to do something every day to get your heartrate up.
Don't give up. Everyone has days when it is tough to get out of bed.
When it is one of those days and you get up and do something anyway, those are the sessions that make you proud and inspire you to keep going.
Consistancy is the key and everything else will fall into place.
