Just a quick note to say hi! Gonna i just want you to know you have my support and i am thinking good thoughts for you!!!! i had to withdraw from Benzos more than once and it was utter hell each time. it did get better eventually though ... mostly. you've been through so much and you've come so far, one pill is just one pill. don't give up. please don't give up. i think you are very hard on yourself. we are all here for you and we support you!!!! i hope you are feeling better soon. :)
