Hey my friend Lisa, a very big congrats to you on your 90 days clean from trams.
I hope and pray you are feeling better since you were sick with the sinus infection. I know when I smoked I had alot, a very lot of sinus infections. Since I haven't smoked in 4 years I have at two very early into quitting. I know you can do it. You are a strong lady, if you beat alcohol and trams you can beat cigarettes too.
