"Please don't let fear stop you. I had to learn how to swallow the pills because I hadn't taken medications in years. I have a phobia of ANY medicines and I was able to stay on treatment 72 weeks. The hardest shot is the first."
"I am happy I treated. I just found last week that I am still undetected one year post treatment. What a peace of mind knowing those little virons aren't attacking me night and day.
It did take some time for me to feel as good as I do to..."
I'm SO GLAD you made it! Nobody knows how hard it is and it's so nerve wracking waiting for that PCR to say you did make it, but you did it! I found the 72 week extender club thread and added your name. I might have gotten the date wrong though I realized - you got your 6 month pcr yesterday but that's not the day you finished! You can update it with whatever info is correct now it's right at the top!! I am SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!!!!☺
Glad to hear I'm not the only one with the boy-cut. :) I always told my husband (before I lost my hair) that I envied men for being able to have such short hair and not have to fuss over it all the time. So, yes, now it's in the shower and out the door in a few minutes.
