Don't worry about a setback. Just be honest with yourself about how you can quit. Your habit should be easily broken, as you imply. Focus on an alternative pain relief. And remember, life is full of pain. So we all have to learn to deal with that. But we don't really need narcotics on a regular basis. You'll do well. Keep trying, and don't worry about what you consider failure. When you give up the attempt, that's failure. Nothing else is.
