So..........there you go! Now stop picking at yourself like a monkey in a zoo! Although most monkeys I've seen in the zoo are doing things they should only do in private! Which I don't think is your problem. I'm glad you saw your doc and got your mind put to rest. Good for you and I know you will work hard on the anxiety but please don't forget about us, OK? Did you ever find out what the brown patches are on your arm. I have some large brown patches too and my family doctor has no idea what it is. Wants to do a skin biopsy or have me see a dermatologist. Searched internet and can't find anything that looks like my blotches. I think it may be from sun since it occurred during the summer.
