I'm the youngest of 5 kids. 3 brothers and a sister. Our parents past away in 2000 and 2001. Since then the family has not been close.

Hi hope you had a great Christmas and New year. l had my mom come visit from Salmon Arm for Christmas. Well l am trying to get serious with my weight loss this year, since l can't wear alot of my clothes. l am doing pretty good since my sickness, l have got most all my strenght back, thought my legs still get weak feeling if l am on my feet too long. l went on the treadmill today and went 2.7 mile an hour, that is an improvement over .9 mile an hour.
