Make sure that you are drinking lots of fluids, water is best. I had the same problem with my last transfer and the nurse said to drink 90 oz of water and I felt better the next day. I don't know if it is a boy or girl yet because he/she is laying with their back facing out. I'm due for a quad screening next week and a regular u/s 2 weeks after that so hopefully we will be able to tell then. Hope you feel better. Awaiting your BFP!
