"Yes I have Hashis, no I split the dosage but I may consider that. I am going to try this and go back in May to see where the numbers are. He is on the right track, This doctor is new to me and I like where he is taking it.

Just a quick note to say hi!
Hey, I could not respond on the community page. My TSH before going Gluten free was 4.59, I was cold all the time, no energy, skin rash... after I got off gluten my TSH was 1.7, no other issues. Got tested for allergies ( food) had none. I think you on the right track, just make sure you still need all your doing.
