Welcome to my world. It was nice of you to write me. What's your name if you don't mind telling? I will check out the book you suggested for sure. I've been collecting medical books for two years now i guess. There's one thing I hate worse than Cirrhosis and it's Hep C. I can only say that I'm sorry to hear that you have Hep but we did experiment your right. I'm guilty as charged also. There are things we might have done but knew better. It's hard to say but we at least have hope and new medicines come and go but don't give in okay. There are times that I hit the panic button. We have to keep our faith to keep sanity. I'll suggest one more book "Prescription For Nutritional Healing" by Dr Balch. Very good!! I'll write you more later because it's late. Mark

Just a quick note to say hi! Hi Mark: Congrats on your anniversary for 3 years of sober. I am sorry to hear of the damage that drinking left you with. My liver damage is from drug experimentation at age 16, I contracted Hepatitis C. Oh how I wish I could change that one. I go in for a follow up appt this Thursday, and I hope to learn more about the fatty deposits. I'm not overweight in any stretch of the imagination, so it's a surprise to me that fatty deposits show up there. My sister recommended a book called Spontaneous Healing which I've started. A lot of new stuff in that book for me. It's good, you might want to give it a read. Hope you're doing okay today.
