We found out in the spring of 2008 that God sent us a surprise blessing and later found out we had a little girl. The Lord blessed me with such a joyful and healthy pregnancy. At 36 weeks, I started to worry because the baby was not moving much, but I thought that there was some movement. I woke up the next day and did not feel movement and that was usually her most active time, so I went in for fetal monitoring early that morning of Nov. 28th. There was no heartbeat or movement when they did an ultrasound. It is so hard to lose a baby, but we know the Lord will use this trial for our good. God had taken our little Sarah to glory and we trust that she is now in Jesus' tender care and that we will see her in heaven.
“ If your Lord take any of [your children] home to his house before the storm come on, take it well, the owner of the orchard may take down two or three apples off his own tree, before midsummer, and ere they get the harvest sun; and it would not be seemly that his servant, the gardener, should chide him for it. Let our Lord pluck his own fruit at any season he pleaseth; they are not lost to you, they are laid up so well, as they are coffered in heaven, where our Lord’s best jewels lie.”--Samuel Rutherford
Rutherford was a preacher who lived in Scotland in the 1600's. His first two children died in infancy and then his wife died after a year of suffering and illness. He married again and had seven more children but only one of those children survived, a daughter Agnes. [Less]

You are in my thoughts and prayers.I am so sorry for your loss. My heart aches for you. I had 2 miscarriages 12 and 14 years ago, but I long to see my babies some day in heaven. I still carry the pain. The Lord knows how our heart aches, and he will be by our side everyday to comfort us. Take Care, God Loves you and So Do I. Karen

Yes Susan, I have two girls one 18teen, and the other one 7. They are wonderful kids, and they are wanting a new member of the family as well. I am ovulating so my hubby, and I are trying this weekend. I am putting it all in God's hand. I will keep you posted of the outcome.
