Had 2 anxiety attacks in december and now taking xanax 4 times day .25 mg. I have 3 young children and need to be awake to take care of them. I never had anxiety and this is terrible not feeling myself. Never had any of this before!

I read your remark about Klonopine and I feel reassured. I have been on xanax for 13 yrs. and it does not work anymore. What do you take for sleep? So, you feel klonopine is safe< I am afraid of meds! Worried they'l make my anxiety worse. Please email me back.

Thanks for some reassurance. My BP has been up for all other visits and I know we are going to have some issues because I am overweight. I just wanted to let you know, that I am here and I relate to what you are going through. I have had anxiety problems and depression (bipolar) problems my whole life, so maybe I can help.
