I am really getting alot from the Ekhardt Tolle books. I have been doing more and more every day with minimal anxiety. This is new for me as i have been almost housebound for a couple of years. Also a great book Taming your gremlin. I have read each and write alot of notes of what helps in crisis. it is all beginning to help and i have hope!!

sounds like you are having a tough time of it, I am happy to buddy with you but i do have to say i am done going backward and very motivated to move forward. I have been doing well with cognitive therapy and really reccomend the Eckhart Tolle books, you can get them off amazon or ebay or something cheaper than retail. Do you want advice or just to chat? I'm good with whatever you want.
