Hi, sorry for yet another post about it! But just to tell you that glasses fixed my near vision and it is so good as before I guess, or very close to.
I know that you have used lens even before your trauma according your posts. Did you do something to improve your near vision yet? or you just used to blurred vision?
I also know that you was facing issues with dry eye, so I dont know if you would help me with this one but:
I feel a little disconfort in my injuried eye (obviosly caused by the mydriasis).. this disconfort go away with time or you just learn to live with it ?

I know that it was several years from your trauma, but I think that it can help you yet (if your trauma is like mine);
I noticed that my blurred vision get better with Pilocarpine even when the pupil is still not constricted (in the first minutes) and get bad even when it is still constricted (some hours later). It suggest that the blurred vision problem is not related (or it is not the only cause) to the pupil size but yes with the eye accommodation/natural lens - what mean that could be fixed using eyeglasses. I will give it a try and update you.

it's awesome to hear it from you man!
I did a very HARD work looking for something that can help me to focus near (I work with computers) and, as you know, this condition is very unknow (treatment). Is hard to believe that there is no cure or even a treatment (good/confortable) for it in 21st century.
Let me know.. did you tried Lens with pupil or Eyeglasses to improve near vision? did you still use pilo?
Is your day-by-day as same as before the trauma? I ask it because I think I'm down in a bit depressure, every single day I wake up thinking that I wont see the sun as before, see my computer screen as before, see my eye on the mirror as before and I will have pain.
Sorry for tons of questions, but I feel better to talk with someone that really knows how is go with mydriasis. tnk+++
