I love baseball (Go Cubs!!), I enjoy going to the movies and renting DVDS as well. I love to go shopping and find good deals (what women doesn't right?). I enjoy going to the beach as well. Just a quick note to say hi! I think I have messed up. I was trying to send a note fo Dona. I saw your profile and the exercise as a subject of interest. so I asked about inversion therapy. it is for lower back pain. We invert our body to 30 to 40 degree and because of reversal of gravity there are some changes in the body correcting some anamoly of the body.
You may search Inverson therapy.there are many wesites.Inversion tables aree also available.

It is worth looking into. I suggested it but until you, no one seemed that interested. I suppose there are local groups...AAA & church support groups for some.
