No, I am not on anything for the thyroid. I am supposed to have a nuclear scan done and have to wait until I haven't been taking meds for 6 weeks until they can do the scan to see if it is 'cold'. So I get to play the waiting ..."

hi angie my names mandy, im 25 and was dx w/ mctd last sept. im pretty scared too. nothing about this seems real and nothing looks good. from what i've read it seems that no matter what i do, i'll just keep getting worse. if the discease dont kill me then the meds will. please write back i'd love to hear anything u might know and maybe we can compare notes
