please help. adhd meds gone bad

So i was diagnosed adhd when i was 15, i am 20 now and i have been on adderal, ritalin, and vyvanse. I stopped the meds about a year ago and just recently got prescribed them once again. Im currently  taking vyvanse 60mgs every morning because it really worked for me. But ive been experiencing side effect like dizziness, nausea, ive slept once in the past week for 5 hours. Im very confused, i see flashing lights in the corner of my eyes. Small convulsions  in my legs, slight redness to my eyes since the second day taking it. my mouth gets so dry that when i talk that i slur my words and practically speak cursive. ive lost over 7lbs and about a weeks time and ive lost muscle to the point where going to the bathroom is a little difficult. But my biggest problems are my heart rate and memory loss. The past 3 days ive stayed home from work because im so off and when ever i take my meds i take the pill when i wake up then i go to my notebook and write a mark showing i took my meds. Well ive forgotten that i took my meds a few times and took about 300 mgs 2 days ago. And it amplified all my side effects. Yesterday i had the same problem but i took 180Mgs. Today i took none. I wrote a note and hung it on the wall by my bed so i can see it and actually not take them. And i feel like im dying. My side effects are really bad and idk what to do. Ive tried calling my doctor but shes always so busy with clients i cant get through. So maybe hearing about others that have experienced this medication is just what i need.

Really sounds like its an over dose of the meds.  You don't need to talk to your doc to cut back on the dose.
Here is a easy way to cut back on the dose, until you can see your doc and get the dose changed.  This should be like taking a 30 mg pill.
"How To Use Water To Decrease The Vyvanse Dosage
Take the Vyvanse capsule, break it 1/2 and pour the powdered contents into 2 oz of water in a measuring cup. Throw away the gelatin capsule.
Stir, and don’t worry about the small amount of material at the bottom.
Give 1 oz in the AM, then put the other into the refrigerator, warn others not to drink it
Corrected below by FDA approval: Give the other 1 oz the next AM. Saving it was, in ’07, *not recommended by Shire,* but works effectively with many patients who have used this strategy. Safety is an issue: I do suggest you throw the other half away if you can’t keep it from accidental use by others.   From - https://www.corepsych.com/2007/11/vyvanse-dosage-water-titration-recipe/
This will not last as long for you as the 60, but you should fairly soon notice a change in side effects I would think.  If you go to the link above, you can see how to make it even smaller.
but most importantly - get in to see your doc.
By the way, if you are on any other meds like prozac or Paxil - that is what is causing the problem with the V.
Hope this helps.  Let me know how it goes.  Good luck.
