how can i focse school? i took the pill for a 11 years and got depressed so i stop taking them i feel better but can't focse

In addition to checking out 5 htp which I will go look up myself b/c I am not certain what it is... Can you go see a doctor and/or a psychiatrist, a different one if the last one(s) didn't work. Not sure which pill you are referring to but there are a number and they work differetly for different people, etc.
Also you may have been treated for the wrong thing. Lack of focus can be caused by any number of things from depression; a mood disorder; AD/HD... Maybe it's time to be re-evaluated. They made you depressed, so you stopped taking them, but now you can't focus. Find a good doctor and share this info with them...

try an SSRI? Or if you don't want go that route, try 5 htp..I feel like the 5 htp pusher on here..ha-ha..I stopped my medicine to though, because I couldn't deal with the side effects. I started 5 htp and after 5 weeks on it my depression lifted and I was able to focus better than I ever have in my life, no joke..
