I agree with the above comment, ur born with it you diewith it, uhave tolearn different ways to cope with it, have a look at adders.org there is so much tolearn from this site.

Well, no. You can't outgrow add/adhd. But you can learn to cope with it. Why do you think you have it for sure? Were you ever formally diagnosed with it? There are things that help the nervous system such as weight lifting and heavy exercise ---- Both have a calming effect and increase focus. Give some more information about yourself though as that would be helpful.
