I don't know what to do about it.

I would tell someone immediately whether it be the school counselor a family member or someone else. You need to tell someone nobody deserves that!

I'm sorry. I didn't know that your father was abusing you. Go to the police if you have to. Get help. Call your local boys & girls club or YMCA or the police. Just get some help.

Go into your school counselor's office,  or nurse's office,  or if you have a favorite teacher you can confide in (or better,  both!) tell them when you see them.

Don't wander out into the snow tonight to find help.    Talk to trusted adults when you are at your school,  and they will help you and guide you in the right direction.

Don't believe the lies. You dad is abusive because someone may have abused him. Perhaps he is bullied at his workplace, but instead of directing his anger and frustration in the right direction, he takes it out on you. Everyone is worthy of respect and has inate dignity, don't forget it. There is certain respect you don't need to earn. My advise, try to distance yourself from the man if you can. It might sound extreme but go to college out of state, perhaps apply for an ROTC scholarship, this way you are not reliant on him past 18. I hate bullies, but you need to learn how not to be a victim, perhaps consider reading books on how to deal with bullies, in any facet of life you will need to confront such people, the time to start is now.

Can you just go to school, do your work and avoid the guy? I had the exact problem with my dad, just don't ever believe you don't have value and worth because you do
