How can I cure my acne, acne scars and hyperpigmentation around my nose and mouth?

I’ve been suffering from acne for 4 years now and recently I’ve notice that dark marks started to develop around the corner of my nose and around my mouth. I’ve search through the internet bc I didn’t know what to call these dark spots so I assume it’s hyperpigmentation. I’ve tried various over the counter acne washes and my doctor even prescribed me a 5% benzoyl wash, which did not even do anything. I’ve also tried home remedies like aloe Vera and putting lemon juice. I also tried lemon and honey for my hyperpigmentation but sadly it did not work. I really have bad acne scars and there’s still some active acne. I really don’t know what to do anymore to the point that I’m starting to thing that this problem will last me a lifetime and won’t be cured anymore. I really have no confidence on myself anymore especially due to these acne and hyperpigmentation. It makes me not want to leave my house anymore and embarrassed to show my face in public. I also am scare to use make up bc I don’t want my acne to get worse. Someone please help me :(
