Want plan for tapering off 2 mg lorazepam and 4 fiorcet daily

I would like to taper off 2 mg lorazepam per day and 4 fiorecet per day simultaneously at home. Can anyone suggest a good plan to do this?

Hello and welcome. We can't recommend taper schedules. Have you discussed this with your doctor?
I would only suggest that you do one med at a time.
I would do the fiorcet first.
How long have you been on these meds?
