please help

Six months in treatment never failed a urine screen I have done what was required and now I messed up taking more subutex I need to tell my doctor and I’m scared any advice

With addiction comes relapse. All this means is that you need to rework your program so that you talk your cravings out,  rather than use. You can do it.  I got clean from horrific addictions, including alcoholism which isn't pretty, but i got and stayed clean and sober in 1999 along with my husband. Every successful program, got that way by making small changes in the way we deal with our addiction. Do you have a sponsor ? Keep your head up Tammy. Soon you will look back on all of this clean and sober. If you want it bad enough to take the advice of the Addiction Therapist, and your sponsor.
