Has anyone ever googled their handle?  I googled worried878 and was like surprised at all the info the net gathered and displayed so quickly,...what a trip...good thing my photos are available to only friends..it will take u right to the profile

you can make it private.  I found out while googling the imodium and withdrawal thing that traycee had in her journal  i copied and pasted it into my journal  and i found myself  yeiks>>>>>>

I was also basically refering to kids being put in harm's way not just being subjested to arguing or watching abuse happen but being put into the mix of it. That is what I was refering to I could not understand at all.....

thanks for the info about that. . .WHOA!!!  That is really disturbing.  I mean, I know that it is a public forum and all, but to be able to find something like that and know that it is available to ANYONE is very creepy.  I have changed all the privacy settings and everything. . .I just got chicken skin from seeing that out there.  Thanks again :)

It will not stop me from sharing honestly....just do not want my pics all over the internest as an addict...i have a professional license to keep safe....no reason to be scared...just keep ur information like pics for friends only if u are someone that may need to worry...i would die if my boss saw me on here...but that is me...i will continue to share honestly and hope everyone else does as well....people from the outside may nt understand so i think it is important to enact tools to keep ur infor for friends only if it could mean ur job

I agree soreandready...but do to job purposes i will keep my photos to friends only...i think it is great that people can read our journals/u can make those private too if u want...great place to be just for those who need their pics private it is a good idea to prohibit them to friends only...i would hope peole surfing could benefit from my journals

i did mine also and i found it! i know this is a open forum and we all know why we are here, if someone is goinh to read every thing we talk about and then try to use it against up then so be it! i am no longer ashamed of my addiction and if they are going to come knock down my door thinking there is something here to get me in court they need to go way up the chain! i think its sad if they are moneriting us, we are here to share and grow together for a better way of life. go get those who are selling the pills online to people who cant yet control there weaknesses! or the dr. selling those script pads?so on and so on i could just keep on and on!!!!!!  it just bothers me alittle. why should we have to worry when we are here to as i said before to share and learn from one anothers experiences so maybe one day we can get to a time in our lives to where we can feel good about our choices we make and the way we are livingim here to to free of narcodics and to beble to always have the best of frienships and support whenever it is needed, and for me i can say that is everyday! i wouldnt be where i am at today 39 days cleanif it wasnt for this forum and everyone here!!!!!!!!!!! i know this for a fact and i will always be grateful to each and everyone of you that got me though the hardest times and helped me get clean!!!!! thank you all !!!!            sherri

That is why I chose a common "name"  ... Decisions.  Google that.  good luck @!!!  However , that said, I am sure if one dug through the many pages of the search I would be there....  Don't like it all..!!!

Keep in mind that EVERYTHING you Google is kept in googles logs.  This is or can be a dangerous thing.  I don't have the exact details but somehow they keep track of your IP, your searches and history for quite some time.  
That is why many "experts" recommend anonymous proxies when surfing the net.

yes i have....and was so surprised...like u i have it set so only friends can see pics...Want to know something else....ok this is the first time i have said this on the forum...A while back a family member of mine was on here...A very close one..I was in shock, because they used there normal email add, as their name here....
I changed my state i lived in on my profile...LOL
i knew how easy i found this forum and felt the same for others...
