HopSINGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!  Hey!!!  was just thinking about you!!  Your ears must have been ringing .......Good to hear from you!.......Many of us have been thinking about you, and hoping you are well.  So, your still on the sub. If your doing well and functional, then so be it.  You will break free of it when it works for you.  None of us can tell you what you need to do, although some of us think we can.  Only you have to walk in your shoes everyday.

Glad to hear from you, and hope you continue to keep us updated !

Its nice to see all of you. Wish I could say I'm clean but until I stop the sub I can't. I haven't done any pills in a yearthough. I really do miss you guys. Had to take break fow awhile. My sub usage is small and I really want to quit using it. One nice thing is, pills no longer consume my life. I'm at my sons karate practice right now but I will get on computer later when I get home.
