Playing the Game
by Simon Gould
Why is a clever serial killer named “the Chemist” targeting L.A. detective Michael Patton? If Michael doesn’t find the answer within 24 hours, another innocent girl will die…. An edge-of-your-seat thriller
Hey Rosy, The Game looks good, but I'm a little concerned about the paranormal stuff. I usually don't go for stuff like that. Usually, it's over my head! LOL. What do you think?
Also, I just downloaded Takedown Twenty by Janet Evanovich. It's the latest in the Stephanie Plum series. Has anyone read this yet? I'm gonna start it today.
Oohh! Let me know how the new Stephanie Plum book is. I'm sure it's fantastic. That whole series is so funny and real. Love it!
I am almost done with the second book of the Divergent series. They are a Young Adult dystopian series and they are so good. Lots of adventure, good character development. Once I started, I haven't been able to put them down easily. They helped me survive my benzo taper.
Really liking the suggestions on here. I've always been an avid reader except for when I was on the pills; I couldn't concentrate long enough to read which is so lame.
I'm reading James Michener's Caribbean. I'm a big history nut and he mixes facts with fiction in a great way. Just finished, for the 2nd time "Rise and Fall of the Third Reich". More history. :-).
I know us history fans are far & few.

I ENJOYED THIS BOOK!
I loved this book! Tons if twists & turns!
The Operative
by Andrew Britton
Jack Bauer meets Tom Clancy in this shocking and complex novel from a New York Times bestselling author. Could America’s greatest enemy be attacking from within? Ex-CIA agent Ryan Kealey must unravel an inconceivable conspiracy before terror strikes
I loved it!
The Devil Stood Up
by Chris Dougherty
A terrifying, unpredictable tale of the ultimate evil…. What if Satan came down to earth and started imposing justice on sinners himself? And what if he fell in love with a mortal who’s more than what she seems?
Hmmm, I love reading so I'll have to check out some of the books you mentioned rosy!
I have read most of the Janet evonovich books, but not the new one. I've read most of the John Grisham books and love them! Way back in the day I read most of the Stephen king books, but they are too scary for me now lol!
I really quit reading once I had kids, especially my youngest, because there just doesn't seem to be enough time. But I'm pretty sure all the opiate use didn't help!
So, I'm trying to get back into reading, I'm reading alot of inspirational books right now, a year read the bible book, along with several daily inspirational books, and this great book called Fresh Start by Doug fields. And Joel Osteens your best life now. Lots of chicken soup like books, being a mom books, and I actually just picked up the very first Janet evonovich Stephanie plum book...
The Last Moderate Muslim (Kindle Edition) by Sam Wazan, Ralph Voltz
This was an amazing look into the mind of 2 Muslim brothers, One on his way to becoming a terrorist and the other doesn't agree with that life at all.
Amen girl!!! I was reading a non fiction book this morning but I just couldn't do it... It was a painful read.. From the mind of a pedophile..
I just finished Takedown Twenty, the latest Stephanie Plum book by Janet Evanovich. It was good. Pretty typical and nothing major new, but it made me laugh a lot, I love Lula and Grandma Mazur, and of course, Ranger!
I'm about 1/3 through Sycamore Row by John Grisham. So far, it's good.
Ha, I almost got sycamore row today, but notorious nineteen was cheaper lol! But I'll get it eventually, those are two of my favorite authors! And yes I love grandma Mazur, and Lula and ranger, and Stephanie and mooner, and its just a great read with awesome characters that really drag you into the story!!! Can't wait to read 19 and 20! And sycamore row! Was that a good book?
Oh my bad, your still reading sycamore row lo! Well let me know what you think when your done!
Well im done with notorious nineteen by Janet evonovich! Love getting back into an old hobby!
Can't wait to read her new one!
Now, I'm starting a book I bought long ago, I think at a yard sale. Its. Called beach music, which are my two favorite things so I picked it up!
