Mom, called home to check on her boy to see how things were fairing while they were on vacation.
She asked her son if he was alright?
He said all was just fine.
Mom asked how the cat was.
He said, Oh it died...
Mom was horrified and said that you should never break news like that to them while they are on vacation.

Oh she is stuckon the roof.
Next call,;How's the cat? Well she fell off but seems ok.
Next day; 'Hows the cat? Well, she didn't make it...
