Laughter for recovery :)

Not a question but an answer-last night a bunch of us got alittle out of hand with the topic of our postings in the addiction forum. No harm was intended nor any offense. We all needed to laugh to make it through the rest of the day and km needed help to stop her legs from hurting. So we did it with humor and alot of laughing-alot of people posted just saying thank you for the laughter,so I guess we helped alot of people but at the same time alot of people thought it was in the wrong place. So I moved it over here and hopefully we will get laughing again and make it alittle easier for some to get throught the night. I was just digging through the crates and decided to pull this old record out.

And to quote dominosarah "Laughter is a great tool in our recovery and it does take our minds off what ails us."

Thank you for starting this on the social side.  Laughter is a great tool in our recovery and it does take our minds off what ails us.  The social side is much more lenient in what we discuss especially given the topic of last nights thread.  All that we ask is that you respect other members on the forum........sara

I'm sorry!  I'm not sorry! :)

Home from friends...no pills offered, no cravings...ate pizza and liked it...
I walked there..it only a couple of blocks away, but on the way home took Steve's dog, Josie, with me and we did about three miles...so it was really good to get out and aboooot...felt good, feel good...really tired...not hanging around this eve but thought i'd say hi!  just a little boob tube and hopefully of to lala land...but I'll check back a little later too...

I'm not sorry!

Oh yes, I'll post this on the Social side too...

The men who hold high places must be the ones who start, to mold new realities...
