MMORPGs?

Just curious if there was anyone else on the forum here that played Lord of the Rings Online or any other online game? Considering how often people here are on a computer, I didn't think it would be too big of a long-shot to ask... surely there's another nerd out there like me!

I'm going to try and drag Lostdreams into playing - anyone else that would be interested... let me know.

i like to play Mah Jong..and scrabble..I have never heard of Lord of rings game...hmmm I'll have to check it out..I'll be happy to be a nerd..where do you find this game? i am not really great on the computer..it only took me 2 years of looking up addcition stuff to stumble on med-help..lol..

i play finaly fantasy 11 online. I play on my ps2 though because i have a laptop and the videocard is a POS. Ive been playing it since about 2005.

Are you kiddin' me?!  I totally play on-line games!  I have most recently enjoyed Half-Life on-line, and need to try some new ones out....I have to hook myself up with something and play you....I'll kick your a$$....; )  well, maybe anyway..I shoot first and ask questions later.

Crispy: You don't have a buddy pass for FFXI do you? Or could you pester some people in-game for one for me?? I used to play that years ago and would like to see how it's changed... but I'm too lazy to go out and buy the game again.

Jacqui: I'm not sure if you like MMORPGs, but if you want to play Lord of the Rings Online you can try it for free right now. Let me know if you are going to check it out so we can get on the same server. I just started playing it again recently so the more people I know in-game the better!

without the actual game for PC xbox or ps2 you cant get on the game because its downloaded onto the harddrive and theres a monthly cost for you content ID. But if u got the game i could get a world pass to put u on my server. Just let me know

I've bought the game two times already so I have plenty of the actual disks and some of the expansions. But I lost one of the really long codes for the POL account I had, and they won't restore it (I tried)... BUT if I could get a buddy pass (I know with the PC version at least they include one for people to give out), I could restart from the beginning. Unfortunately, just a world pass wouldn't get me in the game. With a buddy pass it actually gives you all the codes you need to restart an account and actually play the game...

I might just go out and buy it again here soon, just have been too lazy to drive for an hour to pick it up at a store.

go buy it :) ive found myself enjoying the game again without having to pop some painkillers just to make it tolerable lol ya i know u say its a game but when u deal with ppl on a game it can get stressfull.

Talk about stressful sometimes... does it still make that sound in FFXI when you de-level? I would crack up when I heard that sound after a wipe for some reason... funniest sound ever but oh so frustrating...

Let me know what server you are on and when I get the game I'll look you up.

lol ya it still makes that sound ive delvld and lvld from 74-75 so many times on my blm its a on going joke in my Linkshell.

Hey have eather of you heard of maplestory its a cool game even though its 2-D its free too so just tell me if you want to try it you can go to maplestory.net to download it tell me if you do so we can play on the same server.

i play survival horror standard rpg ps3 games, havent been able to play for a while, life has been too busy, when i have the money i plan on getting the new resident evil, i have played all of them, not too much into online stuff, i do nto like roll playing games
