Thanksgiving
All day yesterday I thought it was Thanksgiving.
So today is twice!
It's pouring rain here in the Rain Forest. I absolutely LOVE the RAIN here. It washes the forest, plants & flowers. The air smells DEVINE! The sound of the rain, is like a beautiful meditation. Costa Rica. It's nice here! Pamela

I came down for Thanksgiving to the main house.
( I'd been up at Art studio/hse) anyway I didn't sleep a wink all night. I've been stepping outside my comfort zone, to write posts for people who need help. The Bipolar disorder causes me to doubt myself. The renewed Taper decision is already stressing me. Maybe I should start a new painting.
