Opening a can of worms.

The article about Munchausen, a disease of the mind, opens up the possibility of someone who is actually undergoing health problems, to be accused of the disease. We can not honestly point the finger at anyone without positive proof that this is happening. This could make for accusations and counter accusations. Thus a can of worms has been opened. It could become a Pandora's Box creating a pandemic of pointing fingers. Eventually, any person who is fabricating any form of health problem  will make a vital mistake and show themselves. Unfortunately not all who fake health problems have the disease. These, who are without the disease  are merely pests who think they are being clever by wasting the time of those who actually need the help or those who give it. They enjoy the, " Wink. wink, nudge, nudge," situation used for their own pleasure. We have to be very careful of generating ill feelings here. In the past we have had problems caused by someone pointing the finger without solid proof. This must not happen again.
