It's working great for me I'm doing 8 sessions in 5 days at the gym,4 Personal Training sessions,2 circuit sessions,1 boxing session and 1 drums & motion session, that's my fun session.I've lost 25lb in 10 weeks.
I'm fading away to nothing... Like I wasn't already too skinny..
I know this because I'm experiencing it and I'm NOT overweight to begin with...
