See I will never get it right .........dang it! Now you ladies are driving me MAD!!....lol. Mary ........wine please.....:-))
Wow your close Nauty. I think Magi would be the one for the Renaissance period. I'm probably more of a "Babe's in Toyland" girl. lol
Baron.........I think it was in the movie that all the bad sinner people went to Vegas......Uh Oh.......I love Vegas !
Mary.......I would think you would love to be in the Renaissance period?........That's where I would put you.
I will frolic with the Dinosaurs.
Nauty..........
We could just hide out in the mountains for that first year and let nature do it's work. I still can't get over the idea that a pyromaniac is one of the few survivors. What was the first thing he did? Burn down the state of Pennsylvania?!?!
Those Harry Potter books are a great fantasy world. I could definitely get behind that one. Being a witch could definitely have it's advantages. No more doing household chores. Just cast a spell (on third load of laundry here...argh)
ok this is going to sound crazy, but i would love to be a witch in from the harry potter books!!! i know the books are aimed at kids, but if you read them, even adults can be transported into a world of magic and wonder, i love reading them!! ok i bet you all think i am nuts now lol
Ewwww "The Stand" I loved that book and movie too. That would be exciting, but couldn't handle cleaning up all the dead bodies.
Hey, just remember the 70's had a recession as well, despite all that fabulous fun polyester! If we're doing 70's T.V. shows I'd want to be Steve Austin, the Six Million Dollar Man.
If you wanted to be Truman Capote, then I could definitely go with that. Maybe hanging out with Warhol and his crazies as well. Hmmm
Jollyman, I'd go with that or "Battle of Evermore".
Eagle... are we having visions of Tarzan swinging through the trees? Moonlight trysts with Jane? ;->
Mary... surely there's SOME world you can pick. Or a time. How about Anne Rice? Hang with Lestat in New Orleans? Or ride with ken Kasey on his magic bus during the sixties?
Ride with the Hells Angel's from their famous movie? Or perhaps stephen King's "The Stand". A chance at a new world, with 98% of the population gone. All those empty department stores with stuff just for the taking!!!
well now you know one of my choices would have to be the THree's Company set back in 1977 ish, LOL
seriously though I will have to have another cup of coffee and think about this one. This is a hard question lol
I would like to be Dagny in "Atlas Shrugged" by Ann Rynd......... That book truly had a profound impact on me, my values and my life. A strong woman, successful, with an incredible witt and the ability to love unconditonally due to determined confidence........
The Great Gasby, or The Godfather or In Cold Blood or The Taming of the Screw or Much Ado About Nothing.......... obviously I live my dreams/fantasies/escapes thru books! So very many to choose from.....and so very hard to list just a few!!
Great question tho thank you for asking
I am picking from a song
Oh let the sun beat down upon my face...stars will fill my dreams...I am the traveler of both time and space....to be where i have been.. We are moving through Kashmeir
Led Zeppelin song.....Living in Ancient Kashmeir
Not 100% sure right now - but possibly Edgar Rice Burroughs and either Mars or Pellucidar might be all right...........
Can you help me with some fantasyland options. I can't for the life of me think of any......other than The land of OZ. lol
Frist it would be the Land of ORK where Mork came from I lkied his abilities he had, and made everything funny. My Second would have to be my life before addiction I had it all then HAPPINESS!!! and at one time the abillity to eat just one!!
