I use firefox and they have an ad-block .  I see NO ads......

Also report it to med-help. make a note of the time during your session and the page you were on when it happened.

They're very good about closing down irritating ads. Most web-sites don't know the actual design behind the advertisements they allow in until they show up, just the content.

You mean a pop-up.......if so, look at your browser preferences for some kind of adblock or pop-up block........otherwise.........uhhhhhh?
