thats what i have found out to. do u know i actually 4got that i used to run n the pittsburgh 5K? i used to love running and still do. i just had to get clean and sober to remember the fact i love running. i try and run a few miles every morning. it feels good. it gives me a sense a feeling free and on top of the world. its a good feeling to have when ur n recovery.
