hope everyone is doing fine. I am doing OK still not using but broke my hand in a full contact sparing match last night but other than that life is good except the so called wife but who cares about her.  well just saying hi and hope everyone is still clean and to everyone that has relapesed or a bumb in the road everything will work out for you just remember every day is a new day and life can begian that day

not really have broken the 5th Metacarpol several times and it is not that bad just made me a splint and took my NSAIDS and am doing fine but thanks. but could use some good crawfish to help my recovery lol
