free from oxy on Sunday...wow how time flies. Haven't been around much to support those just starting out on this journey. Work has kept me away from my interwebs. But for those "newbies" out there....asking themselves "can I really do this? Can I have a life without the pills?" Yes...you can. If I can do it...any of you can do it. Thanks all.....it has gone by so fast that I almost forgot I was once a simple junkie. But then I remember that I must never forget that part of my life. I can't just put it behind me. I am so glad to see so many new people ready to better their lives. And saddened to see some of those dear to me are missing. But god bless all of you.

To you newcomers....you will never find a better means of support than this forum. Without it I can honestly say I would not had the courage to take even the 1st step on this road.
