142 days clean and sober!

Well just a quick update as I have some time here. Today is 142 days clean and sober for me! Very proud and I post to show you all it can be done. When you are at your witts end and some lingering or new withdrawal or paws symptom seems to get you down, just remember it goes away. It was anxiety that crept up on me a few weeks ago after being non existant for a few months, well I started to run, fish and try new things. Well low and behold it helped and the anxiety is getting much better. Just weird that after doing so well, really running away happy, this popped up. But it did, and I fought it head on with a positive approach. I guess I just want everyone to know that in time all things pass, but doing something to help and aide it will make that time much more manageable. Good luck to you all and God Bless! 8 more days and I can say 5 months!!!

Thanks everyone! I appreciate all the kind words!! and stay strong and keep in mind, my major point, that things can pop up. Most likely situations will in life and it is dealing with them without the help of drugs that makes it challenging. But it is worth it and once you get a hold on how to handle certain situations, life is awesome! I feel blessed and wake up every morning thanking Christ himself for another sober day. God bless you all SUnny
