21 year old with a coke addiction. Nose really starting to hurt and worrying me

Started coke about a year ago and been on and off with it mainly just doing 0.5 of a gram once a week when i was out. Started getting bad and been doing grams every day for the past 8 days. Everything has been fine till after I finished the bag to my nose hurting and stinging from the inside inbetween both nostrils. I checked my nose and theres a little cut on the wall inbetween each nostril not too deep in. Could be the rocks from not crushing up the coke properly but want to know if I should be worried (today will hopefully be the last day of me doing coke).  I switch nostrils when sniffing lines but favour the right one more (my right nostril is the bloody and stinging one). Shined my a light on the inside of my noses and the wall inbetween both nostrils is red raw. Got no pain in my left nostril though just the right.
I'm motivated to quit after getting some later today to keep me through today but should i be worried about my nose?

After being told about damage to the septum and causing the nose to fall, making me worry about it.
Bare in mind that the past 30 days has been on and off with sniffing coke but never had longer than 4 days off it I think.

should i be worried?

I would definitely worry about this and your ongoing use in spite of the problem.  Now you've got an open area inside your nose which is a perfect breeding ground for infection. You don't want an infection that close to your brain.

You need to stop putting stuff up your nose. Period. You wouldn't believe how much pain this can cause if untreated.  Put some neosporin type ointment up there on both sides of the septum, with clean fingers, and then keep your hands away from your nose.
