30 days clean!!

I am off dilaudid now for 30 days.  I am doing very very well.  I want to thank all the people here who were so much help to me. I can not imagine how much harder it would have been had I not been able to talk and ask questions of  y' all.  My only remaining problems are not being able to sleep, and a little bit jittery....but I am sure this too will pass.  At day 3 or 4 I was not sure I would live, and certainly had thoughts of suicide....thanks to y'all I am still here, and really feeling better than I did befor I stopped.  I will check in later   Love  Jerri

Thanks everyone, I have just been approved for stomach bypass surgery. I am really excited.  This is the first time the doctors thought I was healthy enough and strong enough for it.  Love  Jerri

I remember reading some of your posts, a big congratulations is in order here!!! I hope you are feeling much better as I know that was/is hard to do. Stay focused!!!

Wow, Jerrip ------ that is amazing - you managed to come off of a very difficult drug and I really admire you for the courage it took for you to do it..   Congratulations - -----  I remember your posts and can appreciate your dedication.  Way to go ------   I also love that you post -  it is always good when someone like you makes it and then reaches back to help others who may be wondering if they will ever be free.  Blessings -
