Hey and welcome. In terms of cravings...Im sure you heard the "play the tape through" slogan at NA before. Well, that seems to be the biggest tool in my toolbox. I dont have cravings anymore but when I did, I really played the tape through. Played at past the getting high part, the feeling good part, all the way to the withdrawal part on a jail floor with nobody caring about you. I dont know where your addiction has taken you but mine has been to some pretty dark places. Im going to assume you have to since you have the desire to stay clean. So, when you deal with the mental cravings....really play that tape all the way through. Cravings pass and each time you get through one...your that much stronger.

Good luck and God Bless
