ANN at about 30 days for the depression. I forced myself to take a 30 minute walk or so each night. It really really helped...

Hey that's awesome. 60 days seemed like a magical milestone for me too. I had always relapsed a couple of weeks short of that.
This time when I hit 60 days I started to feel like one of the normal people who could stroll down the sidewalk with a smile on my face simply because it felt good to be alive again.
