60 days for me

Still standing tall and so proud of myself for taking my life back!   And I keep moving forward one hour one day at a time...

awesome!!!  60 days is wonderful. so proud of you, keep up the good work. keep on moving forward. you are going in the right direction. that is great you found a counselor who you like that is so important.

ANN at about 30 days for the depression.  I forced myself to take a 30 minute walk or so each night.  It really really helped...

HEY CONgrats on 60 days thats the second mile stone your doing well its always great to here success story's are you getting any aftercare yet
it part of this you dont want to miss if you are cudos to you if not get pluged in somewhere it will help you maintain when the going gets ruff I wish you all the best in your recovery good luck and God bless.......Gnarly

Congratulations on 60..and that you are feelin' good! I woke up this morn' also feeling good..and even happy...it's been a loooong time since that was the case. One step in front of the other...

Hey that's awesome. 60 days seemed like a magical milestone for me too. I had always relapsed a couple of weeks short of that.
This time when I hit 60 days I started to feel like one of the normal people who could stroll down the sidewalk with a smile on my face simply because it felt good to be alive again.

Congratulations, you are well on you way. I'm very proud of you.
