7 days the hard way, Check me out;)

Its been a full 7 days since I quit norco's (and the like) cold turkey. I did not know how incredibly immersing and agonizing it would be physically but grateful that it did wrap up in a week (besides sleep issues)

The support you all gave me was so appreciated and I will always be grateful so many of you took the time to respond. I was turned around and lost, I knew I wanted to break the ties to pills but I did not know how to accomplish this. You lovely people helped me focus, comfort myself and be aware of the what to expect with WDs. And to sever all ties with suppliers.

Thank you! Blessed are those who believe they are blessed.

A big congratulations to you on your first week clean! That first week can be very rough physically, but you soldiered through. Keep up that fight and hard work to battle through the mental aspect of this. Take good care of yourself and keep moving forward.
