Thanks for your quick response - I know I am so scarred and I feel that I do not have the will power - I need suggestions on how I can busy myself with out these addictions - so scary to say start to become honest with yourself, the truth comes out.

Hi !!!  Just wanted to say that the Alcohol addiction forum would have some really good help for you.  

You need to read through these posts and glean-out what applys to you,  some good advice on here for people who are quitting.  Please,  be committed to your quit or it won't work,  it isn't easy but it is doable.  We have so many on here who would be glad to help.   Ask questions and post often.  Others will come and help too.
