This is really hard?

Well I am finishing another sleepless night, I got about 2 hours sleep early in the night but since then I have been unable to get any other than 10 minutes here or there......It is so hard II will be calling my Dr this morning the one good thing was i felt a little less anxiety than before....but i did have considerable night sweats & chills....I really need to get this behing me.....My expectations were to high, thinking this was going to be over a few days ago.....

I will not give up, I will not give in..  I never took alot of thse pills I think the most i ecer took was 10 7.5 vikes in a day buti took them foe a long time................Mostly for tthe feeling.....not for pain relief....

sorry to post so much but it helps me, just the distraction from laying here is a positive thing....also knowing others have been through this before me and survivied.....I will survive too.

One other issue i have never mentioned before...I think it's dehydration?  it's a coating on my tongue kind of dry tasting.  I keep rinsing with listerine abd it helps but it's still there..

Now some good news.....The tension in my jaw is alot better, Finally..

Well thanks for listening

yes the dry tounge is from dehydration so keep the fluids pumpin and stay away from anything with caffine in it as it is a diuretic and will only dehydrate you more. way to go on day 13

I am starting day 13 I said 13 yesterday but i jumped the gun a little bit.

Thanks to all of you for the supportive posts.  I am calling my Dr.  in a few minutes....i am surprised i don't feel more tired..  I just filled my woodbox up and the exercise felt good... I do feel as though i am moving at 100 miles per hour and need to slow down a little different than those that post about feeliing lathargic.....

This is a difficult post as our little puppy seems to want to help me type this.  I am getting support everywhere.

do you think the dry tongue is simply dehydration?

Thanks again for all the support....I am sure i will post agin today as this is the best therapy i have found.

You're doing great Jambo. Everything you're experiencing is completely normal (for withdrawals) and will eventually pass.  The lack of sleep is one of the hardest parts, and tends to last awhile. Around day 10 you will probably start to get more sleep. Make sure you are drinking lots of fluids, since dehydration can make everything a lot worse and drag it out longer than necessary. And if the depression gets severe or lasts to long, get on an anti-depressant, even for a short while. Depression is what caused my relapse and could have been avoided.
Good luck and stay strong.

Good morning jambo!  Nice to hear your not giving up even though it's still tough. What day are you on? Like maria said, melatonin works great for some, me included so it's worth a try.

Posting does help and is a distraction so your doing great. It really does get better. You said you took them for awhile so it takes time to heal. Congrats on fighting your way through this, you won`t regret it.
