I have to recommend you speak to your OB as soon as possible.  It's dangerous to stop abruptly or taper too quickly and you need to be safe.

We have the Thomas recipe listed below. Go to the drugstore and get those items. It also has instructions. That will help with WDs.

As for smoking, I'd wait until you feel better after the opiate WD before starting to quit. I did a taper program with a large group of other smokers back in the 80s to quit. We not only reduced the nicotine content of our cigs every week, we also logged in every damn cig we smoked. Smoking became such a hassle,  I've remained a non smoker ever since. There are tons of organized cessation programs out there to choose from. Pick the best one for you that involves others doing the same thing. Getting and giving support during quitting, and after quitting, really works the best rather than trying alone.
